Choose from either:
1: EXAMINE: a personal, pre-recorded reading asking the question “what is most helpful for you to know?” Readings are sent via video to your inbox within 4 days of purchase.
2: EXPERIENTIAL: a 1:1, live session held online that allows you to dig into the question beneath the question, and offers you personalized somatic practices to help you find your way forward. Readings are approximately 90 minutes, and include a somatic practice, breathwork, and an indepth reading on your question. You do not need to have your question perfectly formed before the reading - the first part of the reading will consist of somatic practices to help you form and clarify your question.
